Catherine Stovold is aRegistered Psychologist with more than a decade of experience supporting womenthrough some of life’s most significant transitions.
Her work began with a focus onwomen and children, and has grown into a specialist practice dedicated towomen’s psychological wellbeing across the full lifespan — from the perinatalperiod and reproductive health challenges through to perimenopause, menopauseand midlife identity shifts.
Catherine understands thesetransitions from both a clinical and a personal perspective. That livedunderstanding shapes the way she works — with warmth, depth and a genuineappreciation for what it means to navigate change from the inside.

Catherine has investedsignificantly in specialist training across the two areas that sit at the heartof her practice: perinatal mental health and menopause.
In perinatal mental health,Catherine has completed advanced training through the Centre of PerinatalExcellence (COPE Australia), the Seleni Institute (USA) and the Centre forPerinatal Psychology (Australia). She is a trained Circle of Security programfacilitator and a Bringing Up Great Kids program facilitator. She has alsocompleted training in Neuroprotective Developmental Care (Possums Program).
In menopause, Catherine hascompleted specialised training through the International Menopause Society andthe Australasian Sleep Association, and holds accreditation as a MenopauseCoach. She is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society, the InternationalMenopause Society and the International Association of Premenstrual Disorders.
This depth of specialisttraining means Catherine is equipped to support women through some of the mostclinically complex and emotionally significant transitions of their lives —with genuine expertise and care.

Outside of her clinical work, Catherine is a proud mum of three wonderful adult children. She is an avid reader and a self-confessed foodie — and brings the same curiosity and care to her personal life that she brings to her work with clients.
